Terms and Conditions for Package Purchasing by Instalments

  1. These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of a package for SLS on the Pre-Payment Plan. They are in addition to the standard event and package Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which will also apply.
  2. Purchasing a package for SLS on the Pre-Payment Plan allows you to pay for the package via instalments over a set period of time on or around the dates detailed on your booking form and available to view in your account.
  3. The full price of your package purchase will be as set out on the checkout page and such amount will be charged in instalments on the specified due dates set out on the checkout page.
  4. All instalments are non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever other than in accordance with the Soft Life Ski (SLS) - Terms and conditions.
  5. The first instalment will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon your purchase of the ticket. Each subsequent instalment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on or around the specified due dates set out in the checkout page, without further recourse to you. If your card is declined, you will be contacted for an alternative card. Any alternative card must belong to, and be in the name of, the original purchaser. If we are not provided with an alternative card within 5 days of the due date, your booking will be void, and you will not receive a refund for any Instalments already paid.
  6. This instalment scheme requires that you make a full commitment to pay the full ticket price on transaction of the first Instalment. The transaction will be completed only once your payment of all instalments has been processed and the total is paid in full.
  7. If you do not pay any of the instalments in full by the specified due dates, and we are not provided with an alternative credit or debit card within 5 days of the relevant due date where the original method of payment provided is declined, you will lose (i) all Instalments already paid and (ii) the booking and package will be void. Subject to availability, we may exercise our discretion and permit you to restart Instalments with a view to making your void booking a valid booking again. If you seek to do this, you must contact [email protected]. There is no guarantee of availability in such cases.
  8. It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are in place to process the payment of all Instalments on the specified due dates and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the Final instalment can be charged.
